How to Make a Salad:

1. Get a knife.
2. Got to the grocery store.
3. Hold up the shopkeep and demand his best bagged salad.
4. Go home and open the bag with the knife.
5. Optional: Don't get shopkeeper's blood on your knife. Unsanitary.
